Philippines (1995)
Ambassador Felipe Mabilangan (Philippines), a former Assistant Secretary for European Affairs, has served as his country's ambassador to China, France, Portugal and Mongolia. A career diplomat, he was also the Philippines' Permanent Representative to UNESCO. In the 1970s he served in the Foreign Department as Senior Special Assistant to the Secretary for Foreign Affairs and also as Chief Cordinator. During his career he attended various international conferences including those held by the South-East Asia Treat Organization (SEATO), the Association of South-East Asian Nations (ASEAN), the NAM and the G- 77.
